2017 Cal Poly Cabernet Sauvignon

This Paso Robles AVA Cabernet Sauvignon is an easy-going, yet very well made and accomplished version of the variety. Notes of black fruits and roasted bell pepper hit the nose. The mouthfeel is quite polished with fine-grain tannins and a nice acidity. It is enjoyable as is now, but may need 3-6 more months more to come full circle.
